Huuno Advisors LLC was founded in 2022 with one goal: to make the path from college to career less overwhelming. Based in the New York Metro Area, we saw that too many students and families were left navigating applications, academics, and job searches without enough support. High schools and universities offer resources, but often lack the time and industry know-how to give students a real edge. That’s where we come in. At Huuno Advisors, we provide the personalized guidance and insider perspective that help students not just get into college, but also launch strong careers.

What we do at Huuno Advisors is simple: we give students the personalized guidance they need to succeed — in college and beyond. Our team brings together a unique mix of experience, from student leaders and teaching assistants to former faculty, alumni, recruiters, and immigration specialists. Each advisor offers practical, real-world insights that help students feel confident at every step of their journey.
We offer support in four key areas:
College Applications – From choosing schools to essays and interviews, we help students put their best foot forward.
Campus Life & Integration – Guidance on housing, student organizations, and adjusting to college culture.
Academics – Course and major selection, tutoring, and ongoing academic coaching.

Our Founder
Andrew Chen, Founder and Managing Partner of Huuno Advisors LLC, brings over a decade of recruiting leadership from Barclays, Meta, and Goldman Sachs. He most recently led Investment Banking campus recruiting for Barclays, and previously held both campus and experienced-hire recruiting roles at Goldman Sachs and Meta, in addition to serving as Vice President and Global Chief of Staff for Consumer Engineering at Goldman Sachs. Today, he leverages that experience to help students succeed in the competitive college-to-career transition.
